Update,I replaced the plugs and coils and went thru the whole wiring and noticed 1 of the wires on my power commander was loose.Pressed it back in and taped it on good and headed out to the track again.Bike ran flawlessly and must say that quick shifter made me drop 3 seconds off my previous fast time.

 

3 seconds? Wow, that's impressive! I'm glad you got it running right again which wire was in on your PC? It wasn't the ground was it?

 

Not the ground.It was on the connector.The pin would move slightly at hard acceleration.
