My 02 cbr 954 is popping out of every gear except 1st I replaced all the shift forks and have new drum if that does not help you think it could b my clutch? Clutch grabs on take off

 

The dogs on the gears in your transmission are worn and causing it to slip out of gear under load. Check out my thread from when I had my 954 transmission undercut and never had anymore shifting problems. The clutch is its own problem and will not cause bike to jump out of gear. If you search this forum you will find lots of threads about shifting related problems for the 929/954.
