Default 02 954 kicks out of second gear??? HELP

Hi I am new to this forum but I am not new to sport bikes. I just bought this 954 about a month ago and I knew it kicked out of gear. I think is its a bent shift fork. How hard is it to tear into the transmission of these. I have already purchased gears shift forks and clutch basket and clutch packs. Just wanting a little input on how hard this will be I have never torn into one this far before.... Thanks

Default kicks out od 2nd

I paid 400 for the parts. I only have 600 in the bike all together. I got a spare engine with it but it does the same thing and kicks out of 2nd. I found a whole motor on ebay I think I may just go that route..

If your moderately handy. It can be done. Just use the manual.
