when running in second my bike will run up to about 6000 rpm and then it will kick back in to neutral. all of the other gears are fine. Will i have to pull the motor to fix it? What do you think the problem is?

 

your second shift fork is bent and no you will not have to pull the motor, though it will be easier to perform the repair with the motor out but not necessary. plan on spending about 200 dollars in parts.if you have any other questions let me know.
