Default May be a dumb question but...

I'm swapping out the fairings on my 954 but I cant get the trunk lock off of the tail fairing without cracking it. I feel like theres something very simple that im not doing

one part slides over another part to make it stay in place. you pull the smaller flat piece out of the bigger piece and then you'll be good to go. it'll practically fall right out

Installed the power commander, swapped the tail fairing, and put the passenger seat on. now the trunk is stuck and wont open -_-

I would try open it by pulling the cable from the lock underneath the fairing from the back of the riderseat side of the fairing. You probably routed the cable wrong and the cable won't pull enough to release the clip on the rear frame/ seat rail.
