Lengthy Service Interval
Hey guys just some newb questions regarding my new to me 954RR.
The guy I got it off had it last serviced on the 10/04/07 (odo 22,756km). I got it on 21/12/09, It's now sitting on 24,9xxkm. Now I'm not newb enough to know not to know that its a long time period between servicing. Here are some pics with what he had done by them. Basically just wondering if I should drop all the fluids out, do spark plugs or whatnot. Also thinking of getting a new chain and sprockets (stock gearing), Don't have a receipt for them being replaced so chances are they haven't, rear sprocket looks a little chewed, how much is new sprockets and chain likely to cost? Scotts steering dampner and some Michelin Pilot Road 2's. Thanks guys..

the bike just wasnt ridden much, its got 2k on it in 2 years.
If it spent alot of time sitting, i would change the coolant and the oil..
Sprockets are about 50 bucks each, or you can get a chain and sprocket combo on
ebay for 170ish. get an o-ring chain, lasts longer on the street..
Pull the plugs out and take a look at the colour, if the are black and fouled clean themn
and if they dont clean up buy new ones.
