Default Ignition cutting off! HELP!

Did it to me twice already! Once clutching it up in second, and once at speed on the freeway. Feels like someone is turning the on off switch to off while under acceleration. i have to shut the ignition off and back on and restart bike, then its fine? Power commander issue? I have the PC usb with Acro full system map.

when it cuts out... is everything shutting off on the bike? or are all of the electrical components staying on and only the motor cuts out. when you restart it... do you flip the kill switch off and on and pop the clutch while you're still under way...or do you have to pull over and restart with the key

have you checked anything yourself? like... the battery terminal connection (thats if everything shuts off by the way)

if you think its a power commander issue.... what kind of miles are you getting to the tank and what kind of riding are you doing? long rides, or short little trips, or a combo? does it smell like there is un-burned gas in the exhaust? when it cut out while you were on the highway, were you accelerating really hard? or just cruising? do you actually have a full system on the bike?
