Default How to clean our exhausts ?

Ok, my last bike had chromed exhaust pipes so i used a very very fine @0000 wire wool with some cutting paste, this worked just great to get the brown marks etc off the pipes, but i notice that our exhausts are not like this they appear to be plain old stainless steel, just how do you guys go about really cleaning them up and getting them like new ???

The Stock can is made of Titanium. Here is how you clean it.
1) Remove
2) Get aftermarket!

Headers will always be discolored. Almost not worth cleaning up. They will just do it again.

And again, and again, etc. Don't waste your time cleaning the down pipes, they prob wouldnt even last through the day.

Spend 50 bucks on exhaust wrap. Problem solved.

You can polish and then put some anti blueing stuff and they'll stay nice for about a week. Best bet is send out to get ceramic coated. Or just do what I do ... ignore them.
