Guys and Gals once again I dont say much but the calling out of a particular vehicle will get ur vehicle put in a funky situation when it comes to a race. I have read 36 pages of alot of bs so dont remember who call out the the r1, but my old 01 r1 LE said 201 hen I let out of it. no speed healer. So the guy that said a r1 will in no shape or for see 200 is wrong. I dont think I was even doing 185 as far as true speed. 193 is moving. I sure wish I was on the West Coast sometimes. Hope I am the last post on the thread. straight line anytime.

185mph is about the most a r1 or any 1k will pull without some heavy modifications. Anything lesser and they are just on crack. A 1300cc busa or a fugly zx1400 wont pull 200mph in stock trim either. Put the pipe down ppl lol

163 mph here, buts who's to say thats accurate given the inaccuracy of the system on CBR's

EUGENE, Ore. (AP) - Oregon State Police say they've never seen a faster speeder - 164 mph on Interstate 5. And on a motorcycle.

And the evidence of the precise speed came from a video camera attached to the bike and aimed at the speedometer.
Senior Trooper Jeff Leighty says he was off-duty Sunday north of Eugene when the motorcycle zoomed between his unmarked car and another vehicle.
He says he radioed the license plate to troopers down the road.
Police arrested 37-year-old Eugene resident Ben Howard Kelley on a charge of reckless driving.
Leighty calls it "absolute insanity."
He adds that some speeders have boasted of going faster, but this is the top speed the police can verify.

is this a 600RR or 1000RR? if it is a 600 i would say the 1000 would go a lot faster
