Aerodynamics are key to getting highspeeds. Have you looked at your bike at all lately. It wasn't designed with fairings on it to look cool but to cut threw the air. Nicky Hayden doesn't ride around on the track with this head and shoulder above the windscreen. You may as why? well to be more aerodynamic and thats at any speed. Aerodynamics start the second you are moving threw air at any speed. With your logic I can take a dirt bike and gear the **** out of it and hit record speeds because being aerodynamic and hp don't mean anything until 150 mph.

 

Aerodynamics do not kick in until 150MPH? are you serious? if you are, what do you base this on?

I work on aircraft for a living, so i think that I can safely say that areodynamics defenetly do come in to play a lot slower that 150mph.

You cant just make stuff up to suit your arguments, you should have realized by now that the members of this forum will not let you get away with it, please stop, just stop now before you dig yourself any deeper

i am talking about the 954 when i say areodynamics the bike is built for high speeds...maybe not 200 but i meant was that on this bike or any sportbike the maufacturer does all the areodynamics for you and the bike is areo dynamic enough that high speeds do not take as much hp from it like it would a harley....i should have worded my previous comment differant sorry didnt me to misinturpret what i was tring to say...and i am no collage boy ....i own a small custom home building company...
