HELP!!! wont start????

Question HELP!!! wont start????

We went riding all day a coupla weeks ago with no problems, after a short ride yesterday my freind pulls in and turns his 954 off, when we go to leave (30min or so later) when he turned on his key it wouldnt start,the fuel pump wont prime,rear turn signals are stuck on,and the headlight wont come on, everything else is fine,the front signals,horn,tail/brake light are all working normally. i have chased the harness and wires for frays and such , but nuthing?any replies are welcome and appreciated!! its riding season and a bike not runnin is sumbody missin out on the fun!! thanks all, be safe out there!here is a pic of his bike

Same thing happened to me and another 954'er. He haven't found his, but my problem was on the right side. Take the fairing off on the right side and there is a gray and blue connection. The blue connection is the one with the fuel pump and headlight assembly. When I opened it up I noticed i had an electrical surge and a burnt circuit. Fix that and there you go. I had my bike butt naked before I found that.

those 2 plugs on your right side are the only harness' that power the entire system up front. if the damage there is not visible, start wit continuity testing at that plug set up. sounds like a ground issue

UNplugged and checked the plugs, one pin in the blue plug is discolored but doesnt appear burnt? hom did u fix your burnt circuit?PICS? if possible, how do i identify the burnt one?

check your bank angle sensor located under the cluster... bike wouldnt turn over and fuel wouldnt prime either... turned out to be the sensor
