This is where you can see the difference gearing and top speed would.
I have -1,+4 on my track bike and love it,it shoots out of corners and I can keep up with all the newer model bikes.

I ran the stock 530 chain/gearing for a while after I bought my bike. I recently swapped to a 520 set up with -1/+2 gearing (steel sprockets) and I wouldn't go back. I was concerned that it would be too much like a lot of ppl said. But the truth is that it's not uncontrollable like you would think. I can actually shift through gears now while I'm riding in town instead of being stuck in first gear like before with the stock setup. The 954 loves -1/+2 gearing. Ride one and you'll know what I'm talking about. If you think it's fast in stock form, try one out that's geared >:-)

Alright then I'll go -1/+2 520, thank you guys for all your input its greatly appreciated helped me big time in making my decision being this is the first time I will be changing up the gears on my bike
