Yep same symptoms and inspected mine and sure enough its leaking fuel out the end of it as in the video above. it must of been leaking so much fuel out that it would just run back through the vacuum line and fill the cylinder that way. got one on order so hopefully thats all it is. I appreciate everyones help. Ill post back up after i get the new reg.

Put the new fuel reg in and all is good now. I'm still surprised that it could cause such issues but a easy enough fix none the less. Thanks everyone for the help

I'm just waiting for mine to fail. Seems to be common with this bike.

40k (s)miles on my bike and no issue here.

I think it depends on how often the bike is rode or how long it sits. Mine had 9400 miles on it when it failed but the previous owner put less than 2000 miles on it in 7 years.

Mine wasn't ridden much either, so I'm expecting failure at anytime.
