help me fix my 954rr
here are some pics of the damage, if anything is clear or if there are other pics i need to get please let me know. these are the best i could do considering my limited space and lighting.. later today i could take more time and get better specific pics!
see the pics!

I would start by removing all the obviously damaged pieces.Exhaust, upper fairing, front wheel, forks.Check upper fairing stay, right fork leg, brake rotors, clip ons and triple tree(might be bent). And start making a list of all that is damaged and we'll go from there.
hey, that doesn't look as bad as i thought you were describing. but, you're obviously going to need:
top fairing, headlight, front wheel, left fork (right looked okay to me??), stator cover (looks like its purely cosmetic), side fairing, tail fairing, headers and mid pipe (dirt cheap on ebay).
just start going through it like letsride said. if you even merely doubt that its damaged, pull it off, take pics and we'll help you decide if it is.
and before you do all of that. please find where that oil is coming from on the bottom of the case. sometimes after a wreck, you'll just lose some oil and coolant and there's no damage (happened to me on a bad off when i had my f3, lost oil and coolant, but there were no cracks in anything), but it could be a cracked lower case, in which case this turns into a serious restoration unless you want to buy a new engine. so figure that out, take pics of it, and you can then decide what you want to do with it.
edit - o, and i (and i'm assuming a few other forum members) have a lot of parts. so before you just look on stuff for ebay, check here too

Tear it apart! thats the easy part. To add to the guys above, id add a front wheel axle to that list. Im sure that was tweaked with the fork tubes. Itll probably be cheaper to buy a set of forks so you might as well drop both. I have fairings that will be for sale as soon as i receive the other set. Thats about the only parts I can think of off top that I have left over....
Conrice, I got the exhaust servo removal mod in yesterday, didnt realized it was going to be the size of a dime! Zip tied and tucked it. The valve cover area looks so clean with the pair block offs as well as the area under the seat/tank......

haha i know, i thought i was going to be getting one like his prototype that was the size of a half dollar! he's fast as hell with shipping too isnt he? the pair is a slick lil clean mod too, glad you like 'em.
and i'm sure your right about the axle being tweaked. unless you have a feeler guage, i don't know if i'd trust it.
o, looks like you're going to need a shift side rearset. you know, since your building this yourself, i'd tell the friend to pony up the cash that he was originally on the hook for, and you can get some nice lil upgrades (like rearsets for example)
