Well my fellow 954 enthusiasts, I have been working all winter to get my bike up and running. For starters my whole project consisted of a transmission swap and now that I'm within a week of finishing (i hope) I'm wanting to add some new nic-nacs. So my list starts with new levers and chain guard (I've had for months) and new frame sliders, brake pads, bar ends, and my ? for u all. What type of clutches are you all running? kevlar, carbon fiver, etc.....
