Flashing ECU

I heard that most FI bikes can have there ECU flashed to get more power out of the bike.Just wondering if anybody has done it to their 954's?

i know it's a popular thing to be done on newer FI bikes (like the R1 and s1000rr), but i've never heard a 954 ECU being flashed. all i've heard is people using a PC
