Welcome and you will love it.... it will feel just as light as a 600 but have mind bending torque and speed ! I live in the UK and find having a 954 does put you in a minority at bike meets, they are just not that common... which is nice. Safe riding and look forward to more pictures.

My big dilemma now is deciding what to upgrade first. I think I have it narrowed down to exhaust or seat (I'm all about comfort haha). Any suggestions?

Funny you say exhaust ... I was asking if you still had the one in the pay it forward thread.

I have binned my exhaust and added a few bits and bobs.... but by far the very best mod i have done is to ditch the so so suspension unit at the rear and get myself and stunning shiny Ohlins rear shock ! It has transformed the ride of the bike, i had it serviced (it was used) and set up on the bike by a firm who knew what they were doing, at the same time i had the front fork oil changed and set up again.... its just so different, i could tell the difference straight away and although not cheap and not so obvious it is by far the best mod i think you can make.
