Unhappy Cranks but won't start

Thanks for the add to the forum guys! I just bought an 02' CBR 954rr. Got it home put a new battery in it and actually rode it for awhile but started popping through the exhaust. Now fuel pump primes but will not start. The guy I bought it from said it had sat for awhile.......is it possible bad gas fouled the plugs enough that it won't even try to fire orrrrr........any suggestions please!!!!!

Got to start somewhere , so have a look at the Fuel Pressure Regulator (FPR) , take the vacuum pipe off and see if it weeps

I will try that this morning! Thanks
Update: the FPR does weep from the vacuum port! However it is very slow! Decided might as well dump the tank and change the plugs while I wait on new FPR! Just put it all back together and bam......she started right up and sounds great! Thanks for the help!
