I paid 6000 for mine its an 03 with 4000 miles completely stock and perfect condition.

 

Thanks for the price ranges. What I also noticed is that the people wanting super high prices are also putting down xx muffler or other mod as if they just added a grand to the value of the bike. Granted, some mods may add a small amount, but just like cars or kitchens and bathrooms, the value you get back from the work may not equal the money you put in.

I paid more than what I should have probably paid for my 600, but it was super clean and nothing was rashed up or otherwise abused from what I could tell. I just turned 32,000 and it doesn't burn a drop of oil. When I upgrade I'll probably wind up overpaying for a stock bike. I just have it in my mind that those out there who will abuse the bike or stunt it will want it to sound cool or say that they did the most HP mods. (seems to be the norm from what I've seen) I'll do that stuff myself if I ever need to. Besides, we're talking abouta near 50hp rear wheel hp increase anyway from what I currently have.

Yeah in my area (midwest) what we would all call, "very clean" are going for $5000 minumum. Seems like $6000 is the highest I've seen.

You NE guys can eat me with your $4500 clean 954's... if could have found one for that price my siggy would be different right now

pristine, showroom condition, not one scratch on it, and already has a full micron exhaust, and frame sliders on it, so....i think i did well

 

i have a 03' 954 with 2700 miles on it, two bros carbon fiber and to many mods to list for $6500 if your interested.
