CBR954RR No start
I hate winter, and storage, and now not being able to ride.
I took my 954 apart of the winter - painted the fairings and the tank. Putting it back together, now it won't start.
It primes the fuel (Fuel is being injected, I took off the line and it shot out)
The engine turns over
There is spark (New spark plugs, tested for spark at the same time)
But no catch.
So far what I've tested:
Fuel being injected
Spark plugs
Spark
Fuses
Relays
Ground
It wouldn't be the lean bank or the kick stand kill because it is still sparking, right?
What else could it be? This is killing me, it has to be something stupid and simple but I'm just not getting it.
I'm wondering if I mixed up the fuel supply and fuel return lines going into the engine. The fuel supply is on the left side, the fuel return on the right side when facing forward right? Diagrams all show me that this is correct, but my lack of riding on my bike says something otherwise.

if you're looking forward from seat to front of bike, fuel supply is on the right and return is on the left. the supply is the banjo bolt line on both ends, and then the return is from the FPR to another pinched hose line.
i would go back through and just make sure you've plugged everything in.

I did end up mixing around the supply and return - I was using the Ron Ayers site for diagrams, and mixed it up. Looking in the service manual and your comment made me check it over.. all good now! Thanks.
