CBR954RR LED Turn Signal Flasher Relay
Ok so I put new LED turn signals on my 954 this weekend! They look great, but with the LED turn signals in the back too... I basically have a solid light on now when I turn on my turn signals. I know I need a new relay, or resistors. I want to go the relay route. Motrax makes one which is available at my local cycle gear. My question is, since i've heard the turn signal relay is in the front with the display, I have to splice into the wires on the left fairing. SO.... am i buying the Honda or the Universal model of the relay? The Honda version says no splicing, but am I missing something if I can't get to my stock relay? Anybody have experience with this or have any advice? I've read a couple other threads on this but they don't go into the exact detail on it. Thanks!!!
Just go to radio shack or a similar place and get 4, 6ohm resistors, and 8 splice taps. Just connect one end of resistor to hot, other end to ground for each light assembly. No need re wire anything.
ORIGINAL: TK954RR

^yup, i tried to figure out that relay shyt and it was far too much trouble. I just put regular turn signals in the front and it was enough resistance to slow the whole loop down to a good blinking speed. Resistors would do the same and make it easy.
