I just don't understand why my bike gets hard to start when the temp gets to 216 or 220 Fahrenheit. The fan kicks in when it reaches the requires temp, the radiator has been flushed, coolant administered yet this problem rears its ugly head , water pump is working too.

Could it be the ignition having issues ? Any ideas or experienced advice will be appreciated.

 

Probably the coolant temp sensor. The radiator fan is a simple thermostatic switch, but the ECU needs real temp data from the motor, and that sensor is in the thermostat housing.

How is fuel mileage? Check fuel pressure regulator?
