I bought my full Akra last year thru Fireblades.org and it costed 350$. It had few little scratches on the muffler from going down but nothing big. I waited many years the find a exhaust that was prided decently and this is the system for 929 that has the link pipes between headers and the headers and collector are stainless steel so that allso affects the price. If you are willing to wait you will probably find used exhaust that is priced little smarter.

(Hint Hint) The above bike is sort of the direction I am going with my bike during the down season. That is if I can get the damn thing started. LOL

Question - if I let off the throttle and theres some popping from exhaust, would a power commander resolve this issue?

PAIR is really simple. It only costs $15 or so if you choose to buy the block-off plates. There are free ways to do it

Driven Smog Block OFF Plates Honda CBR 600 954 1000 RR F4 F4I Pair AIS Fuel AIR | eBay

you need a PC first no? I was going to wait till end of season and see if I can find one for cheap.

No, you definitely do NOT need a PC for a PAIR block. It doesn't mess with the tuning of a motorcycle.

In fact, if you want to be able to correctly tune your bike's A/F ratio - you need to do a PAIR modification because the PAIR distorts the exhaust - an O2 sensor can't read what's actually happening inside the motor with the PAIR doing it's job. So you need to block it off if you're going to dyno-tune your motorcycle

Also, unplugging it doesn't throw any codes. It's a simple mod that makes the bike easier to work on and lighter (although it's only a few ounces really). And it's a must for tuning.
