Default ok

it'll still work , just the wheel will be a hair more forward on the adjusters

You should always have a new chain with new sprockets tho' , an old
chain will wear them faster and kinda defeats the purpose

So the chains fairly new too right ??

that's more than fine. what sprock is saying is you don't want to put a chain (with a certain wear pattern) on new sprockets, and vice versa. if it's a few weeks old, that's fine. but if you had a chain with 5k miles, you may want to reconsider.

you won't need to add a link. 43t is the stock size. 108 is perfect.
