nothing, just different paint and maybe the head bearings are roller instead of tappered, no big deal.......same great bike!!!!!

To be honest, the 03 owners hate to admit it, but.....the 02 models are sexier, and faster, especially the silver/black color scheme. Also, the 02 owners get more *****.
