Sup fellas? I am finding myself getting pretty pissed off. Around July 4th of this year, I ordered 2 custom airbrushed Helmets from www.extremedecals.com/totaling $900.00. The payment was immediate. Their site guarantees a 3-4 week wait because of the custom work being done. After the first month was up, I called to check the status and they said the helmets were backordered, and were on the way. I guess in the mean time orders were piling up. The guy who answered the phone asked if I wanted a refund and I told him no because the helmets were hot, and he promised me I would have them in two weeks. I called back in two weeks and he said he was looking at them at that time. Stated that they were already airbrushed and the artist was going to take pictures and send to me for approval before he put the clear coat on. He told me he would call me back in an hour. This was the last I heard from him. I called and left plenty of messages, and even emailed the contact email address for the site. About two weeks ago, I returned to the site and it said the site would be closed for business until spring 2008 due to relocation and all existing custom orders would be mailed the week of August 20th. Here it is Sep 6th , and I still have nothing. **** sucks huh? My question is: Has anyone ever done business with them before? What approach can I take at this point? Help

 

I'd find out where they are and call the Better Business Beauru.

 

How did you pay? Your credit card company should unwind the deal for you and get your money back. It's actually really easy. That would be my tactic. Good luck!

 

Finally, I got my Helmsts in today after 2 months. What do you guys think?

I heard it was totally impossible to see through the visor but they look good

 

Yeah, I got 2 bikes, the Black and Silver 954 is accented in red, and a blue and white02 Gixxer 750. The Colors fit really good. Seeing through it isnt as bad as I thought. Its perforated, although I probably wouldnt ride with it at night..
