954rr wont start when battery is at 12 V
i have a 02 954rr with 12xxx it wont start when the battery is resting at 12.4 but when i charge it up to 13 V it will start right up
any help would be appreciated

....get a new battery lol. just because a battery says its at 12.xx volts doesnt mean its going to start. or at the very least try someone elses battery for a day to be absolutely sure it is actually the battery
