I have to agree, white is very sexy on the 54. Next up: Black swing arm, red wheels, done......

Default New bits . . .

When I got this 954, I had planned to leave it stock and just ride it. My 02 Ducati 998, 07 Yamaha R1, 92 Honda NC30, 02 Honda 919, 05 600RR were mod'd. The 998 and 919 were especially heavily mod'd.

It always starts with a fender eliminator . . .

The latest bits on the 954 are the cool EVO TECH Performance exhaust hanger and the Oberon fuel cap, both from the U.K.

Default NOW I'm DONE.

No sooner than when I took the photos in the above post, I decided to remove the large "RR" graphics on the main fairings for a cleaner look. There's enough graphics left to retain its OEM visual personality. AND, I have Yana Shiki stainless steel brake lines on the way.

Looks Good! What do you think of that pipe? Do you have any way to get a soundclip out of it? Would love to hear it! Mivv is a new comer here in the states. What rims you rolling on?

MIVV has been around the States for a few years, but not widely distributed as the more highly marketed exhausts. Quality is typical high standard Italian. They did supply the factory MotoGP Honda RC211 and RC212 bikes until recently (they now run Termignoni made exhausts). You can see and hear a number of sound clips on YouTube . . . search 954RR/MIVV or 02 Fireblade/MIVV. Here's one with the dB killer in place, then removed. Even without the dB killer the sound isn't obnoxious.

Or go directly to the MIVV site. There's a vid clip of a 954 on a dyno:

Here's my 919 (sold) with MIVV X-Cones:

See a few posts back in this thread on what I bolted on my 954RR to personalize it. The wheels are from an RC51 SP2.

Thanks! I've always had a soft spot for the 954. After many cool sport bikes, it was time for me to get a 954. As mentioned in an earlier reply, I wanted just to ride it and do some sport touring with it . . . but I had to do some simple bolt-on mods. It's in my nature, in my blood, to not leave things alone that has wheels. Compared to my other bikes, this was a simply mod'd bike.
