ok, well how do i do it then, lol. i dont see any screws or rivits or anything, were would i cut it and so on.... i looked for a vid on you tube for it and cant find anything. HELP! lol

Take a close up pic.of your exhaust and I'll tell you what to remove.

from what I can tell by your pic it looks like you do not have rivets holding it together like most cans (most likely there is some type of weld or epoxy on the inside holding the can on to the base and the tip ). Your best bet would to unbolt the can and and take a look at it. as far as cutting it I always cut the bottom half off that way I dont have to re-revit the top as well as the bottom. Just make sure you leave enough length for bracket that holds the exhaust can up. Once you make your cut you will want to drill some holes near the bottom of the can and the base bolt on attachement and revit the two pieces together then just bolt it back on and you should be good to go!

Here's my 2002 954RR...just picked up a couple of weeks ago so very new to me! I'm enjoying every mile and the getting-to-know the bike process as it's my first Honda and my first 900+ cc motorcycle.
