Default 954 won’t rev past 9k and backfires

Hi, I have 03 954rr. I bought it just a few weeks ago. After actually test riding the bike I found it’s problem. I ran and rode the bike before purchase. It starts and idles as it should. It drives normal and revs normal until you get to 9000 rpm. At and after 9k It cuts out, sometimes backfires or shuts off. When this happens the FI comes one then goes back off. The stored codes are 34, 1, and 9. I checked the battery connections they are right. I tried this same Reving on a charger set to 25amp. Any ideas? I’m unsure of mods. Does have exhaust does not have power commander.

34 - EGCV and air intake valve servo motor voltage

9 - IAT (Intake Air Temperature) Sensor

1 - MAP (Manifold Air Pressure) Sensor

Take a look at the service manual for detailed instructions on testing each component. All 3 tests are similar and suggest a wiring issue, or a bad sensor, or a faulty ECM.

Thank you! I have the service manual, have read through the testing process for the codes. Just have to get tank up and start probing

That many codes sounds more like a wiring issue than a bunch of bad sensors. Maybe just a connector that needs to be re-seated.
