hi lads hope someone out there can help me i was changing the plugs on the new bike so had to remove the the air box housing to get at them changed the plugs no problem i labeled each pipe i removed from the bottom of the air box but when i was putting every thing back together i came accross a disconnected pipe see pic 1 i either dislodged it or it was never connected in the first place it goes to a tee piece then down to the bottom of the fairing see pic 3 like its a vent pipe and the other pipe goes to the petrol tank see pic 2 this is a european bike 03 rr3 if anyone out there can help i be very greatful

 

I have never been able to find a spot for it. Mine ran to the right side of the bike. I just removed the t adapter and other 2 hoses and ran it straight from the tank down to the kickstand area. After 6 yrs of ownership and countless hours in the manual I have found nothing for it....

 

thank god for that mine's on the left as you sit on the bike but whats the point in putting there at all bloody honda

 

Heres the official idea. keep the vent high like a bath drain.
