954 fast idle help,

So I think the wax unit on the bike is seized up because I cant get it to push down by hand with the bike off, but i can get the rail its connected too to move so time for a new one I guess. Just weird with it only having 11k miles

You shouldn't be able to push it down. It's wax that expands with heat from the hot coolant going through it.

That's what I'm saying if its not working and stuck closed that would cause me to get no fast idle at low temp so if it it I should be able to lower the piston to open it unless its stuck beyond my strength

Hey guys got another problem with the bike that just developed last week, bike runs awesome tons of power no fi light on but no matter what gear 1-6 right at 9k rpm the red light next to my blinker pops on and the power cuts out (fi light never comes on just red at the top)
until I let of the throttle and it comes back to life when the rpm lowers from 9lk, and that light goes right out, any ideas as to 2hat this could be I've searched everywhere online and couldn't find anyone or anything with the same problem.
