Default 2003 CBR954RR Gearbox Noise still there

I posted about a month ago, but can't find it so I start again.
My son has a CBR954RR, 2003 and it has a noise when riding in all gears. He suppected bent gear selectors, so seeing this can be done without splitting the engine he changed all three selectors, the shaft, the selector drum, bearings etc.
Today he fired it up in neutral on the center stand in the shed and thought great, he then slowly rotated the wheel by hand like before and the noise appears only in one spot. Of course while riding the noise is there all the time as the wheel is rotating. It is a meshing noise.
SO guys, what next, could it be a bent gear shaft ? which means an engine split or something else he has missed that might be simple ?

pull the oil pan off, look in the bottom of it to see if there are chunks of metal in the bottom. it could be chewed up gears. this can come from over-revving or wheelies

He did not see any metal when he pulled the sump plate off when changing the selector forks, gears looked OK. I will be going to Brisbane in two weeks so will check it out then, thanks for the reply.
Could be a bent output shaft and only miss meshing in one spot !!

Looking up under the sump plate there is no obvious gear damage. One selector had some wear on one side when dismantled, this was replaced. I am not near him but going up to Brisbane in two weeks, just thought someone else might be able to help first.

For those who thought these items could not be removed without an engine split.

This link shows pictures for those who did not know that gear selectors can be extracted without splitting the engine

My son just told me that the guy he bought this bike from had never heard that noise before. It has been in storage for six months and the noise appeared the day before my son picked it up. My son received a discount because of the noise. It is coming from within the gearbox area. Is there anything that could have got stuck whilst no being riden for so long?

Does your son not have internet access? I think he should upload a video of this noise before tearing the motor apart.
