Default vin sticker move????

Just got my bike not too long ago, and the vin number sticker is like right in the middle of the frame, where u can see it past the fairing... anyone know how to move this, just so the frame looks cleaner, or if i follow through and powdercoat the frame??

Alot of ppl including myself just remove it all together. I dunno if it would stay together to relocate it. Might try a heat gun or the likes.
