hey guys i just got a 929 and when i turn it on it work's great and rev's great, but when i ride it about a block or so and i stop and hold the clutch or put it (N) it start's to rev up from 3K to 5K, and i checked the throttle cable and it kick's back like normal and there is no kink's in the line. so can someone please help i really want to ride my bike but it keeps reving up and people look at me like i dont know how to ride LOL.

There should be a idle adjustment **** to help fix that. I haven't had to adjust mine nor have I been able to ride my bike for a month so I unforunately don't know exactly where it is on the bike but it should be an easy fix for you.

where did you find the idle adjuster?

 

the idle screw is on the left side of the bike between the faring and above the shifter inside it looks like a little gear and u twist to the left to lower the RPM's and to the right raise the RPM's.

I thought that was it. but on the 600 there is an extension. That threw me off. thanks
