rear wheel bearing removal

Does anyone know which side is pressed out first on a 929 rear wheel?

I'm not very familiar with the 929 wheel but in general it doesn't matter which bearing you press out first. The manuals will tell you to replace (not clean and repack) your bearings once you press them out.
