Default Possible problem with 929rr at low RPM's, please help!

I need some help with my "new" 929rr, please read:

I've had the bike for only a couple of days now (and love it btw), but have a question about how it's running at low RPM's. In any gear at any rpm below about 4000 give or take, it sounds as if there is something loose or like something is rattling inside the engine. Once over 400rpm the sound goes away, all is quiet, and the bike hauls ***. The bike is bone stock and only has 12,000 km's on it and it runs/shifts perfect aside from that weird sound. I thought it could have been bad gas or something loose, but I have refilled with a fresh tank and checked all parts under the fairings and it's still there.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

At idle you can slightly hear the "rattling" sound and it progresses with rpm's up to about 4000. After about 30 minutes of riding, the sound will be less prominent at idle, but can still be heard at low rpm's but it's a bit more quiet.

Any ideas?

it could be your exhaust. i had a rattling sound around my motor and thought maybe it was my cam chain tensioner. i just happen to replace my exhaust one day and that fixed my problem. no more rattling. now i have a ape manual cct and dont need it. screw it i will probably just throw it on there anyway. good luck
