anyone in nothern va that has a pc3 with the serial port that can help me out with programming the right map into mine?

my lap top doesn't have the right serial port for me to upload the right map in so I'm running the current map from the previous owner which seems to be fine but I don't know which map that is!

 

what about getting an adapter , or goto your local computer store and buy a different cable

 

actually I did, I bought a serial to usb adapter that came with some software that for some reason won't install on my computer so I'm planning on taking the laptop and the adapter to the computer shop where I got it to see if they can install it for me.

I was just looking for another option as well!

hey luke, I think you misunderstood, mine isn't a usb version, I have the serial port version and my computer doesn't have the serial port I need to connect!

if it was a usb I wouldn't be trying to figure this out!
