Oil to change or not?
Hey,
If you change the oil and filter on your bike during the winter and it sits until the spring should you change it again before riding in the spring? This is my situation and I only turned the bike over once a week during the winter and let it idle for 20 minutes or so. Thats it other than that the motor saw no use so the oil should still be good. I'm thinking it's okay, but I know some people that will change their oil after sitting the winter out even if it's fresh new oil.. Thanks for any responses...

If you are using synthetic oil, you will be good to go till your next mileage induced oil change. Synthetic properties don't break down like the old school dino-oils do. Just make sure your viscosity is correct for the ambient temps.
Should be fine. Another tip, dont start your bike during winter if your not gonna ride it. You will get mositure buildup in the engine and oil, also tends to be hard on plugs. Just park it and leave it, just take the battery out or get a tender for it.
