Hi All ... My question to all of you is ..are your bar ends loose ?? I've tightened the screw as tight as I could but I can still move the bar end around.....is this Normal ?? or is mine screwed up ??

Also , I'm thinking of a double bubble windscreen do any of you have them on your bikes ?? Can you post a pic of it ...I want to see if it looks good on a 929.

I'm not sure about the bar ends. Never really paid attention to mine but heres a picture of my 929 with a Zero Gravity tinted double bubble windscreen.

 

If you grab them firmly and twist they will rotate, that's normal. If loose and sloppy that another thing.

Here's a pic of a Puig double-bubble, it's been my favorite screen to date.

Apex how did you do that front fender? That looks clean my friend. Love the look!

 

Had the same issue with my bar-ends... Try grabbing the lose one and pulling like hell. If it comes off in your hand (as mine did), you need a new clip-on handle bar. The inside of a stock clip-on ispiecedtogether and if on piece fells, it cause a domino effect with the rest.
As for the windscreen, I have a regular tint screen that I hate. Definitely go with the DB becauseyou can't get behind the stock style.

 

i have the same as triax a Zero Gravity and i like it alot.. havent been able to try a puig one but who knows maybe one day i will

 

when i put my aftermarket bar ends on the looseness went away

 

Rooftop,thanks for the nod on the fender....well I was bored one dayand decidedthe stock black fenderneeded something. I bought some bulk decal tape from Tapeworks, they have a specific red that matches the Erioncolor. Then Ifiddled with a ziggy-zaggy pattern with construction paperfirst and then cut the tape to that pattern.Wish I had clear coated it though, the tape hasheld up great as far as adhesion and UV fade butit's now gota few road rash dings.
