RE: moto gp pipe
From there website: "Above all the X-treme is a designers exhaust which instantly gives the motorcycle a personal touch. The full stainless steel X-treme exhausts are available in various styles, from the ‘bullet like’ (tapered) version to the GP-Style ‘specials’."
Now once again I am saying these are crap or anything just stating that this is not stricly a performance pipe, its just a slip on!

RE: moto gp pipe
what i finally ended up doing was to make a shorty out of my existing akra slip on. I cut off about 13 inches repacked it and re-riveted it back together. When i removed the old packing i understood why the exhaust sounded so terrible,it was all full of crap and the exhaust was pretty much passing right through it with the holes all clogged up. My bike now has a deep, powerfull sounding exhaust which is actually quieter than the longer exhaust with the dirty packing. It snowed about 6 inches here in New Jersey yesterday so it'll be a while before i can take it for a ride and test it out, but it looks so much better with the shorty pipe. I'm totally satisfied with the sound, looks and the price of the mod(about $15 for the packing). Will have to get a picture to show u guys, when the snow melts a little bit.
