Default injectors?

last summer I put my 929 in the shop for not running right. The shop said I had a bad injecter, they replaced the injecter and inst. a power comm. The bike ran fine for the season. I started it for the first time since the following winter and it sounded terrible. I took it for a ride and it had no power and sounded like only 2 cylinders were firring. I changed the plugs and nothing but worse. I started the bike it sounded like it did last season before I put it in the shop and when I rev the throttle it dies! I dont know what to do and apparently neither did the shop besides putting a bandaide on it rather than fixing the problem!! I'm ready to ride and fustrated!! If anybody has any input on this please let me know!!

First I'd probably try running sea foam through the bike, up the intake and put some in the tank. Then I'd check plugs, wires and coils, and if that's not it, your rings or valves are next.

I'm at a loss, but let's try and spark some conversation... the shop "fixed" it with plugs and a PC. Did the PC lose it's map? I'd start with that, installing a new map. what could the shop have done while they were changing the plugs that may have inadvertently rectified the issue? they may have jiggled the fuel rail or FPR (fuel pressure regulator)? you're not getting any FI or red light indicators? I'm thinking it's an ECM/electrical issue not necessarily a mechanical issue. I'm really trying dude, but I can't think of any easy answers. Get the manual (see my sig) and run through the "Fuel System" chapter and do all the tests there. It's gonna be tedious and miserable, but it's the only way to get back to riding

sorry for the double post, but i just thought: Maybe you really are plugging your injectors, you may want to remove the tank, discard the fuel, replace the fuel filter (maybe had a lot of junk in it that seeped out durning the winter?) then replace the injectors (not fun nor cheap).
