Or did you make those measure with switch set to RUN?
great question. I don't think I used the switch only the key.

OK, great! So coils are getting proper power. This is shared power line with ECU as well. Might be slight short on one with 0.831v on trigger line

Alright let's see what's next...

OK, let's test for sparks and fuel-flow volume next:

1. remove ignition coils and stick plugs into them
2. ground case of plugs, by laying on head or with jumper cables to batt -neg terminal
3. key ON, kill-switch RUN, crank engine, do all plugs have hot white/blue spark?

4. disconnect fuel-hose from rail and aim into measuring cup
5. key ON, kill-switch RUN, crank engine for 10-sec
6. how much petrol did you collect?

5.

I should have lead with that. I did test each one for spark. New and old plugs. Just to cover.. nadda. Key ON. Switch on. No spark. Checked connections on harness just to be safe as well.

No Spark on plugs. When cranking. not even a glimpse of life.

I will check volume of pumped fuel when priming when I get a chance. You can feel the fuel line pressure raise though.

There is a very very miniscual chance of coils going bad. BUT is there a way to bench test them off the bike. ( safely,)

yes, to bench-test coils:

1. insert spark plug
2. ground spark plug casing with jumper-cable to batt -neg

3. with small insulated alligator jumpers, apply +12v power to one terminal of coil connector
4. attach 2nd alligator jumper to coil's other terminal
5. with free end of 2nd alligator jumper, repeatedly tap batt -neg terminal

Do you see spark jump plug?

Most likely ECU doesn't like some safety-interloc configuration.

I'll write up how to test at ECU connector itself. Might be some broken wires along way. Or corroded terminals in connectors in between

Tested all 4. all 4 have very good spark.
4.im stumped. I even put the extra ECM in just to check. The red indicator light did act a little differently. Stayed off until after several attempts of starting.
