Default Idling/ Driving issue

I just bought a 2001 cbr 929 and has a couple of issues. When the bike is cold the engine will start but after a few seconds there will be a mechanical clunk that causes the engine to drop about 300-400 rpms then go back up to normal idling speed also the idle will fluctuate quite a bit without making that sound. It does the mechanical sound about 3 to 4 times before the engine reaches operating temperature. While riding the bike it has a vibration. Not too bad of a vibration but enough that my hands fall sleep. This is at idle all the way threw WOT even with the clutch pulled in. Any ideas? I'm stumped.. By the way there are no blinking lights. Any ideas? Thanks guys

don't know about idling problem.but for your turn signals start with fuses then check your wiring.

I mean that there are no codes not the turn signals. I think I would kill myself if I said "my blinking lights" lol. Sorry about that.
