Default Driving issue

When I run my '99 F4 and get it all warmed up and the hotter it gets it seems to stutter and hesitate at take offs n almost stall out. And I dunno if it's just me but it seems that the performance just declines

It's a bit difficult to diagnose this type of problem online, as there so many things that could be causing your bike's symptoms. Spark plugs could be breaking down or they might need a good clean and the gaps checking. Is the bike overheating? Not sure if your model has a temperature gauge, but I feel it must have. If it overheats and the fan doesn't kick in that might cause your loss of power. A break down somewhere in the fuel or ignition system might also be a factor. Sorry I can't be more specific, but I'll keep my thinking cap on!

I have said this so many times. While I try to help as much as possible, it can be tedious to work thru a problematic issue(s) w/o having the full picture. I've had some members take the problems offline w/ me & exchanged dozens of emails to fix them...only to find out as we go along, that there's other problems that weren't mentioned originally...& that changes the original diagnosis & delays the fix. :\

I try to always recommend that the OPs of these type threads do their proper troubleshooting procedures first b/f just posting up -part- of the problem.

So... OP don't take my comments above as what you are doing specifically. However, take some time to review & research thru the factory Honda service manual on your own. There are links here on the forum to download the pdf file. See if there are other distinguishing factors/problems to your situation & report back.
