RE: i have a gearing Question!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i would go 15/45, without going all into it this gearing will really wake the bike up, it'll be a bit more buzzy and mpg will go down a bit depending on how you drive.
17/41 i dont really know what to say..... my guess is it might be harder to take off andaccelleration would bedull, your ride should be smoother and i dont know what to say about mpg, itmight hurt your economy because of the extra power needed to get the bike movingmeans you may be heavy on the gas more often.

RE: i have a gearing Question!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had the 15 T in the front and stock in the back for a while... The acceleration was a big difference without being too aggresive...
Only thing i didnt like was the speedo and odometer were off and clocked xtra miles i didnt really put on... (I know, A speedo healer)
If you put a 17/41 youll probably accerate like a scooter...

RE: i have a gearing Question!!!!!!!!!!!!!
another thing to consider is when you drop a tooth on the front and add to the rear the chain distance from the swingarm to the bottom of chain increases slightly. if you drop two teeth the chain will be making a sharper break towards the front sprocket and wear faster also putting more strain on your counter shaft. I went -1 in front and +3 in the back and like it
