and I always wondered if like 4 of those tornado things would work on our bikes but not worth the cost of about $60 bucks each!

so what do you think about the claim?
do you think the idea is practical?

they actually tested a simillar product on mythbusters?

and it was proven negative?

 

They are a rip off for cars and I'd imagine they don't work on bikes either.

 

I like to think of it this way. The sportbike market is so very competitive between the big 4 that if something this simple and easy would gain extra HP, or have any kind of significant advantage, that one if not all of the manufactures would be putting them in the bikes straight from the factory. The factoriesspend alot more money on more complicated things (i.e. EXUP or any other exhaust servo valves) that may or may not provide small HP gains or rideablility. If it looks to good to be true...or if the factory race teams aren't running it...well you get the idea.

 

You may have to get it tuned also (custom map), but again I doubt it works.
