I just bought and installed a hotbodies undertail and have ran into a problem.. i know a bunch of you guys have this undertail so hopefully you can help me! When installing the trunk lock set, it is moved from the stock position(left side) to the right side. From the installation instructions it doesnt look like you are supposed to use the metal piece that connects the lock and the sliding mechanism to release the seat. so how the hell do you set it up to open the seat?

-I set it so that when i turn the key it pushes the sliding mechanism but it doesnt push it enough to release the seat!

This is a common problem. I installed mine just like the instructions said to, but I still have to wiggle the key and tap on the seat to get it to pop open. [:@]
