Who has put in a HID kit on their 929? Did you all put in all the slots or just the two outer ones? I think it would be odd just to have it in the high beam.. Any one can shed some light that would be great!

 

I put a 55w slim ballast 8000k HID in my center beam on my 929.

Been working great (to my surprise) for a while now... year or so?

Despite all the abuse my bike takes, from pot holed filled city roads, washing the bike spraying water directly on where the kit is installed etc... still works fine and lights up the night. Ill post a pic later. Its not completely blue like a 8k 35w... the higher 55w draws out some of the blue so it looks awesome in person. Super white.
