i changed my oil and washed the bike completely today and when i was done i started it to get the new oil filter full and the oil circulated and left it run. i watched the temp guage climb as normal. it climbed all the way up to 222*F before i shut it off. i was waiting to see if the fan would come on. but it didnt. is there a fuse for it somewhere? what is the problem? what temperature does it kick on at?

 

im not for sure but i think fan starts at 225 degres, i will have to double check that though. or maybe you need a new thermastat.

 

dang, i thought it was supposed to kick on around 180.

 

not sure if it's 225 but i do think it's over 200...
